Little Flower Parish

At Little Flower we strive to emulate our Patroness, St. Therese of Lisieux - the Little Flower of Jesus, who believed in 'doing little things with great love.'  We welcome you to Mass to experience this feeling yourself! 

One of the ways we embrace this mantra is through our St. Vincent de Paul ministry.  Our SVdP ministry not only provides financial assistance through rent & utility help but through gas cards and fresh and canned foods too.  One monthly example of their ministry in service looks like this:

Assistance provided:

2 neighbors with beds

2 neighbors with gas

2 neighbors with bus passes 

17 neighbors with rent

12 neighbors with utilities 

223 families (648 individuals) with food.  

Total assistance provided $10,976

During COVID, our SVdP Ministry began offering drive through service to their clients by utilizing our parish garage.  This practice has not ended but has expanded.  They have outgrown the space we can offer them, so we are looking to build a new garage for our Pastor to have a dedicated garage, as well as move our yard equipment and have an extra bay for the potential of an Associate Pastor in the future.  By doing this we would then give the SVdP ministry the entire current garage.  We would also make some modifications to the current garage to weatherproof, plus modify to allow some office space to serve clients confidentially!
