Executive Summary
It seems that hope is a rare commodity now as people are actively flaunting abortion as a common, powerful, celebrity thing to do while depicting pro-life organizations as judgemental, cruel and narrow-minded. God has laid it on our hearts to be a ministry that offers hope for women and children to thrive during and after an unplanned pregnancy.. What began in 1997 in a half-room reaching two to three women a month is now a thriving multi-location organization reaching hundreds of men, women and teens every month.

Our Giving Priorities:
Step 1:

Reach women in rural and native communities with the message of LIFE.

Status:
Completed.

Over the course of twenty years, our generous donors have provided over $5.7 million to ensure the women in the rural and native communities of the White Mountains are reached with the message of life. Since 2010, 6,026 donors have contributed $2.8 million as we have grown from an operating budget in 2010 of $400,000 to $722,000 in 2017.

With this financial growth, our reach has increased exponentially. What started as a ministry serving a few clients a month in Show Low is now impacting clients from Phoenix, AZ, to Reserve, NM.

Since 2010:
4,168 clients were seen through 10,496 appointments
15,756 individual Earn-While-You Learn classes were implemented
1,249 pregnancy tests were performed
245 ultrasounds were given
240 group classes were facilitated
5,148 gospel-centered conversations took place
60 people committed their lives to Christ
278 clients have chosen life

Step 2:

Save lives by reaching ALL abortion vulnerable women, Improve customer and client experience and protect financial sustainability.

Status:
What we are Working toward TODAY.

To ensure each client receives comprehensive/ wrap-around services, we plan to be fully staffed and open 6 days per week in each of our four pregnancy care centers.

This includes a full-time ultrasound technician so that we can offer consistency and free ultrasounds to every client at the first and most crucial point of contact.
We must revamp our online presence and marketing strategy in order to reach the demographic that is searching for help online.

Most of our abortion-minded women find the abortion clinic through a search online. We will be able to intercept her with our messaging and services first. This will offer us the potential to see many more lives saved.

We will install central heating and air condition systems to our Hope House Maternity Home, three pregnancy care centers and in our thrift store.
These buildings currently are very cold in winter and very hot in summer. This makes it difficult for our clients and residents to relax and actually hear that they have options. We care for them when we provide a comfortable, inviting atmosphere. To keep our customers shopping in our thrift store and provide a safe place for our residents and volunteers to work, we must install a central heating and air conditioning system.

Our thrift store, Hopeful Treasures Resale Boutique, has made a total of $1,461,662 since 2010. We must install a new roof and parking lot.
Our roof has been repaired multiple times and now must be replaced to preserve the equipment, stock and building improvements made by our donors. The parking lot is a deterrent to donors, shoppers and vital volunteers because it is riddled with large potholes. Obviously, this poses a danger to customer and client vehicles and a possible liability for us.

To be faithful servants of the dollars provided, we must invest 3 - 6 months of operational expenses into a money market fund. We will keep this fully funded by retaining 5% of all monthly giving to keep the ministry financially sound and able to save and transform lives.

Step 3:
Transform Lives Through Hope and Community
Status:

We believe this is the direction God is leading us.

To spiritually and physically transform the lives of women in our care, donor dollars will allow us to persist with the family to ensure sustainable life-change through active, ongoing client relationships...
