LSS Home & Community Based Services meet a wide range of needs required to successfully age in your own home. From home-based medical care and professional therapy services to private duty caregivers, we provide skilled and respectful home care. When comfort matters most, our compassionate care team provides faith-inspired palliative care and end-of-life hospice services. 

Serving adults of any age, LSS Hospice Care enables patients to carry on an alert, pain-free life and manage symptoms so their last moments may be spent with dignity and quality at home or in a home-like setting with family and friends. It's a holistic approach to medical care, pain management, family relationships, spiritual comfort, and emotional health. Support is tailored to the person's and family's wishes, beliefs and needs. The LSS Hospice team elicits joy through providing memorable moments to celebrate the person's life. 

LSS Affordable Housing offers adults (62+) with limited or restricted resources income-based apartments. Serving more than 700 older adults in the St. Louis metropolitan area, these beautiful, socially vibrant communities foster intellectual, physical, and spiritual well-being by supporting older adults with wellness resources and connecting them with friendly neighbors. 

LSS Life Plan Communities offer maintenance-free independent living for older adults with priority access to comprehensive continuum of care if health needs change.
