Maroon NOLA is comprised of highly qualified diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), small business ecosystem, education, and trauma informed specialists with years of experience in helping communities, small businesses, leaders, and public and private agencies create and execute global strategies for equitable outcomes. Maroon NOLA provides tiered-level training to for profit, nonprofit and educational leaders, develops strategies that target and incentivize investment in identified small business growth zones, and creates an equitable community for small businesses and leaders to network and support each other.
