We are committed to ensuring single-parent families and solo caregivers access to chiropractic and high performance coaching for health and wellness care at an affordable cost. Our belief is simple: everyone in our community deserves the opportunity to lead a healthier, happier, and more productive life.

Through chiropractic care and high performance coaching, Maven’s Journey helps you reconnect with yourself, navigate life with more ease and energy, and discover the tools to live a more vibrant and fulfilling life.

There are many single parent families and caregivers that would benefit from chiropractic and/or High Performance Coaching to improve their health and wellbeing. Too often these services are considered luxuries for a family on a strict budget and limited time. The pain, dis-ease, and anxiety of one family member impacts the entire family unit and can create and perpetuate cycles of dysfunction.

As the services at Maven's Journey become financially accessible, energy, attitude, stress management and drive can improve significantly. These results benefit the entire family unit to support the changes that their family seeks for improved health and happiness.

We believe that through our work, we can play an important role in how individuals are responding to the greatest pandemic that is stress. Through our services, we can help to reduce physical pain, support in processing emotional pain, develop clarity, increasing connection to self and others, and overall quality of life. These improvements can create the energy needed for an individual to raise necessity to make forward progress. We can help them realize that they have agency and control over their life while increasing productivity.

These improvements can mean increased energy for their job, higher levels of influence, fewer missed work days, creative spark and courage for a new job or business venture, ability to envision and implement necessary change for themselves and their family. It can also result in a parent that feels more at ease in their own body and life and that parent is therefore kinder and more present for their children or elder parent(s).

Healthy individuals within a family unit encourage and support healthy family dynamics that are foundational to a higher functioning and connected community. When families heal together, they can stay well together.
