Meals on Wheels of Long Beach, Inc.

Meals on Wheels of Long Beach delivers freshly prepared, nutritionally balanced meals to homebound seniors, veterans, the chronically ill, and disabled who cannot shop or cook for themselves and may not have family or friends nearby for support.

Many of our clients face loneliness, isolation, and depression. Our dedicated team of over 400 volunteers not only deliver meals, but also provide friendly visits and wellness checks. This socializing is crucial for promoting healthy aging and emotional well-being.

We also provide free supportive services and referrals, helping clients remain independent, safe, and happy in their own homes for as long as possible.

We are more than a meal – we nourish, we comfort, we protect.
