The Metropolitan Crime Commission is a non-profit 501 (c)(3), privately funded, citizens' organization dedicated to exposing public corruption and improving the administration of justice in order to improve the quality of life for the citizens of Louisiana. Our goal is to reduce crime and expose corruption throughout La. with a strategy of investigating wrongdoing, being a conduit for citizens to report misconduct, and by bringing accountability and transparency to the criminal justice system.

Through our programs, the MCC holds public officials and employees accountable for corrupt, unethical, and wasteful practices and works to enhance the safety of our community.

Anti-Public Corruption Program
Allows citizens and public employees to report corruption, unethical activity, or administrative wrongdoing committed in the course of public service.

Research Program
Conducts independent and objective research to raise the level of accountability and efficiency in the criminal justice system.
