Mushroom Family Learning Center

Since its inception in 1973, the philosophy of MFLC has been that each child is a unique individual who deserves a warm, secure environment that promotes a sense of wonder and discovery in learning. Everything we do at Mushroom is intended to support our primary mission to provide children with opportunities for individual growth within a shared environment.

Our independent, secular non-profit preschool on the border of Scott Township and Mt. Lebanon, PA, has been providing children with opportunities for individual growth within a shared environment for over 40 years.

Licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Education and the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services, Mushroom also aims to provide experiences that will help children develop a sense of connection with others and an awareness of the world around them.
