Meadow Glen Elementary School PTO

The Meadow Glen Elementary School PTO enhances the quality of education by raising funds for school supplies, equipment, programs, and field studies that fall outside of the school budget.

The MGES PTO is a group that encourages a strong partnership between school and family. It develops strong parent involvement within our community and supports the educational experience at Meadow Glen Elementary School.

The Meadow Glen Elementary School PTO recognizes that it takes a village to build a strong school community: administration, support staff, teachers, parents, students, everyone. The past couple of years we have all missed gathering in person frequently, the kids being allowed to go on field trips/studies, and parents volunteering inside the school.

This year, the PTO is making up for lost time, actively involving more parents/guardians than ever in our work to show our school personnel and families how much we appreciate them and to raise critical funds to advance the mission of our PTO.

Activities include monthly teacher/staff appreciation activities, arranging duty-free lunches during which teachers can take a break from their classes while volunteers manage the students in the cafeteria, raising funds through two signature fundraisers and in partnership with local restaurants for percent nights, and organizing three Family Skate Nights this spring.
