Mosaic exists to make high-quality, professional mental health care accessible and affordable for individuals and families across our 35-county region.

Founded in 2012 with 1,500 counseling hours in its first year, Mosaic has grown to become the largest nonprofit outpatient counseling center in the region. In 2025 alone, we provided 11,223 hours of clinical counseling to 933 clients, reaching record-breaking levels of service every single month of the year.

Because 64% of our clients are uninsured and 97% require financial assistance, Mosaic operates on a sliding scale, so cost is never the barrier to care. Our licensed counselors provide long-term outpatient therapy, including spiritually-integrated care that honors each person’s beliefs and values.

Mosaic also strengthens the future of mental health care in East Texas by training the next generation of clinicians through our graduate intern and supervision programs. By investing in clinical excellence today, we are building sustainable access to care for tomorrow.

In collaboration with partners such as CHRISTUS Health, Bethesda Health Clinic, and the Northeast Texas Public Health District, Mosaic strengthens the region’s mental health safety net.
