The WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT GLOBAL ALLIANCE (WDGA) is a global, innovative 501(c)3 non-profit organization that equips disadvantaged youth, ages 14-25, with the essential tools to cultivate peaceful relationships and succeed in the workforce. Since 2006, WDGA has inspired youth in the USA and Kenya to remain committed to their education by highlighting the connections between the classroom and the workroom and exposing youth to career opportunities. Job Shadow days, internship experiences, workshops, coaching and tutoring resulted in improved academic performance and greater expectations for the future.

Empowering youth for today's workforce has been our FOUNDING FOCUS, while providing family support. Over 3,500 students have benefitted from the program in the USA and Kenya. Many have successful careers. WDGA helps youth and their families work toward realizing their life goals, while becoming productive, responsible citizens and providing strong community support for the betterment of society.
