The overall mission of the Naples Public Library is to enhance the quality of life in Naples and the surrounding communities by offering services, resources and facilities that educate, inform, enrich, and entertain. The library will provide services for all ages, educational levels ethic origins, and economic levels. The library will constantly strive to improve, update and grow according to the patron's needs.

The Naples Public Library is located at 103 Walnut Street, Naples, Texas. We provide free services to all residents in the surrounding areas who provide an updated driver's license.
The NPL opened June 22, 1998 with donated books. The following year we had 3,485 books in our collection that has now grown to holds over 13,000 items including books, movies, and puzzles. The library that began with two rooms has now grown to four rooms and serves approximately 5,000 people in the surrounding communities. Twenty-four thousand items plus have been checked out since we automated in 2004. We have 6 public computers, of which all are hooked up to high speed internet.
