The Northern Arizona Alzheimer's and Dementia Alliance was initially formed in 2017 as the Flagstaff Alzheimer's Coalition by a group of Flagstaff professionals who share a passion for caring for people with Alzheimer's Disease and related dementias. We represent Healthcare and Community Service organizations throughout Northern Arizona as well as family members who have cared for loved ones with Alzheimer's Disease or a related dementia.
In September 2019 we became The Northern Arizona Alzheimer's and Dementia Alliance, a 501 (c)(3) tax exempt organization.
