Spiritual Growth - NCCS is committed to nurturing each student as they develop the spiritual disciplines to grow in wisdom and knowledge of God's Word, and in their faithful commitment to following Christ.
Academic Excellence - NCCS has high academic standards that guide our curriculum and instruction. We are diligent to support each student as they develop the academic skills and work ethic necessary to attain these standards.
Servant Leadership - It is our mission to see students graduate from NCCS prepared and committed to serve the Lord in whatever vocation He calls them to. We strive to help students develop strong leadership skills and servant hearts, so they are equipped to serve the Lord as servant leaders in their families, churches and communities.
Cultural Diversity - Knowing that God has created each individual in His own image, and that God loves each person He has created, NCCS embraces and celebrates the unique value that each individual person from every race and nation brings to the body of Christ.
