Neighborhood House is a community center for the whole family. Located in Louisville’s west end, Neighborhood House has served seven generations of families. We are now a vibrant community hub for kids, young adults, seniors, and families. With opportunities ranging from the Child Development Center to senior programming, we like to say that we see members “from the twinkle to the wrinkle."

Neighborhood House supports families by creating a community of opportunity. Together we are connecting to one another and to resources, breaking down barriers, advocating for change, and investing in futures. Members connect to Neighborhood House through one or more program areas, including:

Child Development Center: Provides exceptional childcare and early education for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers

Youth Development Program: Offers daily afterschool and summer activities for kids from kindergarten to 12th grade

Pathways Program: Provides leadership and career readiness opportunities for teens and young adults ages 16 through 24 years old

Four Seasons Senior Program: Offers daily activities, social connections, and healthy meals for senior adults 55 years and older

Emergency Food Bank: Helps families stretch their grocery budgets with pantry staples and fresh produce

Family Engagement: Offers events and coaching to strengthen families
