For 20 years, the NAFC Education Foundation has invited our community to invest in the power of education. Since 2005, generous donors have contributed more than $8 million to support students and teachers across all 16 New Albany Floyd County Schools through the New Albany Floyd County Education Foundation.

Your gifts have made these programs possible:

  • Blessings in a Backpack, providing weekend meals for students in need

  • Great Classroom Grants, funding innovative projects in every school

  • Mental Health Grants, giving students and staff access to critical supports

  • Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, delivering free books each month to children under five in Floyd County

  • Junior Achievement programming, building financial literacy and career readiness

  • Field trips and enrichment opportunities

  • And much more that goes beyond the regular school budget

We’re also excited to share that WesBanco has graciously stepped up to be our Matching Gift Partner! Their generosity means your gift will go twice as far, doubling the hope, resources, and opportunities we can provide for all of our NAFCS students and educators.

For two decades, we have seen what happens when a community comes together for its schools: children thrive, teachers innovate, and futures are brighter. This is our community at its best, advocating, investing, and strengthening public education so every child has the opportunity to reach their highest potential.

As we celebrate 20 years of impact, the NAFC Education Foundation remains committed to leading the way for our students, our educators, and our community today and for generations to come.
