New Wine Development Corporation's mission is to promote positive youth development and enhance the quality of life of individuals and families in need in the River Parish area.

For nearly 30 years, New Wine Development Corporation (NWDC) has sought to meet the most pressing needs of the community we are privileged to serve. New Wine Development Corporation provides several innovative programs and resources for the residents of St. John the Baptist Parish, aimed at improving their quality of life. Our Kids on the Move STEM Summer Camp; STEM Before & After School Care; Emergency and Transitional Housing; Long-Term Disaster Recovery; and a Food Pantry all provide tools to help families not only thrive, but more importantly, positively affect the long-term economic viability of the community at large. It is because of generous donors and volunteers like you, that we are able to provide a hand up to those entrusted to our care. NWDC's Kids on the Move (KOTM) STEM Summer Camp and Before and After School Care are two programs that address the educational needs of underserved and underrepresented youth in St. John the Baptist Parish. NWDC's KOTM STEM Summer Camp provides hands-on, experiential summer educational enrichment. NWDC's STEM Before and After School Care Program is designed to meet the academic needs of children, working to ensure they thrive.
