NOLA Book Ownership Project

A nonprofit organization

To increase literacy in New Orleans area public elementary school students by promoting book ownership.

We provide at least three books per school year to all students in our program. We will continue the program in the 2025-2026 academic year! In the 2024-2025 school year, we donated 863 books to the Phillis Wheatley Community School's K-3 students. Since the fall of 2022, we have donated 2768 books and are extremely grateful to all of our supporters!

In order to grow our impact, we are interested in forming partnerships with New Orleans metro area conference attendees.
