North Kitsap Band Boosters

The North Kitsap High School (NKHS) Band Boosters is an active year-round 501(c)3 non-profit organization and is an integral part of the success of the NKHS band program. The Boosters primary purpose is to provide support to the NKHS band through both fundraising and volunteerism. Although primarily made up of band student parents, we encourage students, other family members, and friends of the band program to join us in our mission. Our year generally begins in August with marching band camp and wraps up in June with year-end activities and graduation. We attend the band’s yearly activities including August band camp, Fall Football Games, Winter Basketball games, quarterly band concerts, parades, band competitions and events, and usually run 4-5 fundraisers throughout the year to meet the band’s financial needs for these activities.

Band has had a positive impact on me and everyone I know in band. It not only benefits people as an activity, but also by being an amazing, welcoming community. I've gained a lot of skill in playing music as well getting better at working as part of a team across my time in band.- Soren O.
