North County Community Development Corporation

Our clients are from all walks of life; homeless, on the verge of being homeless, recently released from prison, unemployed and many have experienced limited resources. NCCD offers referrals for employment, housing, food pantries, clothing, furniture, energy assistance, financial planning, youth programs, etc.

2019 Highlights: 200 housing referrals with 40 clients receiving housing, 10 families received funding for rental assistance, 600 clients received referrals for employment, 300 clients applied for Energy Assistance through Community Action Agency or the Urban League, St. Louis City, 500 children received toys for Christmas, and 120 seniors received senior food boxes from the St. Louis Food Bank and 15 AARP were in a training program training 18-20 hours weekly. Clients received furniture, household and clothing donations along with many received food pantry referrals for various pantries across the city and county area. NCCD is the Referral agency for clients in one of our neighboring housing apartments. A greater participation in referrals for youth to participate in football, baseball and community service programs.
