Northeast Pa Animal adoption Network

Northeast Pennsylvania NEPA Animal Adoption Network was created in April of 2007 to help Trap Neuter Release of street cats to curb the cat population. To date we have helped more than 3000 cats by tnring or getting them off of the streets for a better life in a home.  We have helped with hoarding situations through the years , people who could not afford to fix their cats and have helped with the cost of vet care to those who could not afford it.  We have come a long way with helping community cats.
