Help Us Transform 105 Durham Road

For many adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, the question isn’t where do I want to live?—it’s will I ever have a place to call my own?

At Our Place NH, we are working to ensure the answer is yes. We are building more than just housing—we are creating a place where individuals can live with independence, dignity, and a true sense of belonging.

As construction moves forward at 105 Durham Road, essential sitework is helping prepare the property for its transformation into supportive housing. While the driveway will be one of the final components of this phase, securing funding now is critical to ensure the project can be completed safely and seamlessly.

Through NH Gives, we are raising $85,000 to support this important stage of construction—including the driveway and landscaping that will quite literally pave the way home. In order to satisfy requirements, Our 500-foot driveway needs to be completely repaved, and we must build a rain garden for filtering run-off from the roof to protect the nearby wetlands.
