We are a nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation. Our mission is to protect Children, Victims, Elderly, and Disabled residents of Plaquemines Parish by providing professional, compassionate and coordinated care to individuals and families. As a human services agency, we provide Counseling, Assessment/Advocacy, Resources, and Early Intervention, with a model of public-private partnerships that plans, coordinates and provides services to residents at numerous satellite locations throughout the parish.
