Providence Connections

A nonprofit organization

Founded in 1994 by the Sisters of Divine Providence, Providence Connections is dedicated to strengthening families and enriching lives across Pittsburgh’s Northside through education, support, and opportunity for both children and parents.

Each year, Providence Connections serves hundreds of families through a family-centered approach that meets people where they are and helps them build a stronger future. As the needs of our community continue to evolve, we remain deeply committed to expanding and adapting our programs to support children and families facing economic hardship and systemic barriers.

Beginning with childcare for infants as young as six weeks old, Providence Connections offers support for families at every stage of early childhood. Our programs include high-quality early childhood education, family support services, parent resources, adult education opportunities, and community-centered events that foster connection and growth.

As a Keystone STARS 4 accredited facility and home to the Northside Family Center, Providence Connections creates a safe, supportive environment where children can thrive and families can access the tools, education, and encouragement they need to succeed.
