People Incorporated helps economically disadvantaged people improve their lives, families and communities in Culpeper, Fauquier, Madison, and Rappahannock counties.
We operate Empowering Culpeper, an all-volunteer food distribution program, work with partners to house homeless individuals and provide affordable housing, personal and business loans and free tax prep services. We also advocate on behalf of abused or neglected children in the court system through our CASA program.
With your donation to People Inc., we can continue to provide fresh and healthy food to the community, help our community members remain housed, build local small businesses, protect children and more. Together, we can make a difference in our communities.
Did you know that People Incorporated provides affordable housing for residents the Northern Piedmont, including Culpeper and Fauquier counties? In 2021 we completed renovations on Culpeper Crossing Apartments.
That same year we celebrated the completion of rehab and renovations on Millview Apartments in Fauquier County and celebrated with a ribbon-cutting with partners:
We also help homeless individuals achieve financial stability, access benefits, find employment, and overcome other barriers to self-sufficiency with permanent supportive housing scattered throughout the Foothills region of Virginia.
