The Presque Isle Neighborhood Network (PINN) is a community development nonprofit focused on revitalizing the neighborhoods surrounding Presque Isle State Park in Erie, Pennsylvania. We work with residents, businesses, and local partners to create a more connected, welcoming, and resilient community. From park improvements and public art to safety upgrades and business support, our efforts are shaped by local voices and a long-term vision for inclusive, grassroots-driven growth.
PINN’s current footprint is in Millcreek Township and spans from Pittsburgh Avenue to Powell Avenue, and from the lakefront to the railroad tracks at West 19th Street. We’re building the civic infrastructure this area has long needed and inviting neighbors to help shape what comes next.
