Work Ready Program The goal of the Work Ready Program is to help individuals acquire the necessary skills to enter the job market or to return to the job market, on the road to self-sufficiency. Individuals will work with a very dedicated and caring staff who is willing to work with each person to achieve career goals. The Work Ready staff services individuals receiving TANF benefits. Supported Work Program The Supported Work component works with individuals with limited employability and gradually introduces them to work with the goal of finding gainful employment, leading to independence and self reliance. Based on a completed assessment, classes are recommended and provided. These classes will provide the foundation for building vital communication skills that are essential in today's workplace.
