In 1932, Planned Parenthood Keystone opened in Lancaster County with a singular goal: providing access to the reproductive health care that everyone needs and deserves. In September 2022, we were able to expand on that goal by opening a new health center in Lancaster that will expand access and reproductive health care in the community. 

We take pride in the work we have done, and this year, with reproductive rights under attack across the country and even our own state legislature, providing care, no matter what, is more important than ever. With draconian and unjust laws being passed in many states across the country, we need to do everything we can to make sure our doors stay open and access to safe, affordable, judgment-free healthcare remains.
