Pony Bird

Pony Bird enriches the lives of individuals with disabilities. Through four, core program areas, we provide comprehensive, holistic supports and services for people at every age and stage of life and their families. The Services provide individuals with disabilities throughout the community access to supports and programs that increase daily living, communication, socialization, and mobility skills. Employment Services empower individuals to enter the  Community Living program offers residential supports that promote independence, opportunity, and choice. Community Support workforce in jobs of their choosing with ongoing coaching and support to ensure success. Family Support programs provide respite and educational opportunities for families tasked with navigating a fragmented and often confusing system. Leisure and Recreation programs provide athletes with disabilities the opportunity to enhance their social network, participate in community activities and travel, and play sports to increase their overall health and wellbeing while proving that all people, regardless of ability, are capable of more than they ever imagined.
