Priority Health Care is a 501©3 Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides primary medical care, behavioral health care (mental health and substance abuse), prescription assistance, case management, health education, housing, and transportation services. Our services are structured to address patients' comprehensive health care needs through preventive care, pediatric care, chronic disease management, support services, specialized HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis C screening and treatment.
