Our mission: To strengthen the economy with highly qualified employees for in-demand, living wage careers.
WHO WE SERVE: QUEST participants are under-skilled, underemployed, or unemployed adults who are struggling to provide for their families and are committed to improving their personal and family circumstances. This population has mismatched skills necessary to obtain long-term employment that pays family-sustaining wages. Most QUEST participants do not exceed 200% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) Guideline. Barriers for this population include a minimal education, insufficient job skills, and an ineffective support network.
The demographics of program participants include public assistance recipients, minorities, first-generation college students, Pell Grant recipients, and single parents.
