Project Unity

A nonprofit organization

Project Unity's mission is to empower children, families, and individuals to reach their highest potential in communities where they live. We are honored to be able to provide our services at no cost to our clients. There is need greater than any of us dare to imagine, right here in our own community. The services we provide to the Brazos Valley allow us to daily encounter stories of human suffering that are turning into stories of human triumph...and that is what we are all about!

We work every day to meet the needs of our community by utilizing these programs:
Family and Youth Success (FAYS)
Healthy Outcomes through Prevention and Early Support (HOPES)
Brazos Healthy Communities (BHC)
Fresh Start 4 Vets
Job Training and Employment Program (JTEP)
Special Health Services (SHS)
Family Resource Centers - Milam County, Brazos County, and Robertson County

Testimonials

A pregnant mom of three found the HOPES program, and shared with her parent educator that she had been homeless, living in and out of hotel rooms with her kids and partner for 5 months. Her partner is a veteran, and was able to enroll in Project Unity's VETS program. As a result of the support from HOPES and the VETS program, the family was able to find suitable and affordable housing, and moved into their new place just in time for the birth of their youngest child.
