Prosper West San
Antonio is a place-based economic development nonprofit dedicated to serving
the inner Westside, the most economically challenged area in San Antonio and
one of the poorest in the nation. Our mission is to foster prosperity without
displacement, ensuring that the Westside’s rich culture and history are
preserved even as we work to build a stronger, more vibrant community.

This year, we’ve
set a goal to raise $10,000 during The Big Give. These funds will
directly support our crucial programs that empower Westside entrepreneurs and
residents. Our Small Business Compañero Program connects local business owners
with the resources they need to grow and thrive, while our real estate
initiatives focus on revitalizing Westside corridors. By restoring vacant,
dilapidated, and historical buildings, we aim to create more community spaces
and preserve the unique character of our neighborhood.

But we can’t do
this alone. We need the support of the entire San Antonio community to reach
our goal and keep our programs thriving. Here’s how you can help:
