RaeRae of Light

Through our Rae It Forward - Direct Family Support program, we support babies and children affected by congenital heart defects by assisting with medical expenses, household needs, utilities, gas, food, clothing, or other necessary support the family needs to improve the quality of life. Our primary mission is to alleviate the financial burden that many families face with their medically complex child awaiting surgeries, inpatient, awaiting heart transplants or other life-saving procedures.

RaeRae of Light was founded in 2020 in memory of our angel Reagan who was born with a congenital heart defect (CHD) who we sadly lost at 6 months old. While we are devastated, this volunteer based, family-operated non-profit is dedicated to creating awareness and providing financial assistance to families affected by CHD. We typically hold 2-3 family friendly fundraising events a year. We seek to build more community, widen our circle of friends and supporters, and expand our presence in Arizona with corporate donations. We are also an Arizona Qualified Charitable Organization (QCO) in which individuals making cash donations may claim tax credits on their Arizona Personal Income Tax returns. Our fundraising events help raise awareness about the critical role Arizona nonprofits play in our communities and inspires people to give generously creating a thriving and stronger Arizona for all.
