But we can't achieve RAIN's mission without you. 

By donating today, you enter into partnership with women and children living in Niger, where the effects of climate change are severe, essential services are limited, and high-school aged girls are more likely to be married than in school. 

RAIN's programming is focused on three areas:

1. Our Education Programs enable rural and nomadic children to attend and succeed in school. Over 800 elementary and middle school students are paired with local women mentors who teach them life skills and advocate for their education. Over 1,100 students benefit from free daily after-school classes and 90 of them receive room and board for all 4 years that they're in middle school. Finally, RAIN's Agadez Learning Center provides tutoring, mentoring, room, and board for 62 middle-school girls who would have no other way of attending school.

2. Our Sustainable Agriculture Program provides clean water, irrigated community gardens, and training in sustainable agricultural techniques, business practices, and nutrition. We create access to clean water and ensure it is used efficiently to maximize food production and minimize waste. Last year, RAIN supported over 4,000 Nigeriens to access safe drinking water and sufficient, nutritious food. 

3. Our Entrepreneurship Programs teach economic principles, develop entrepreneurial skills, and support women in creating opportunities to lift themselves and their families out of poverty.
