Who We Are
Reach for the Top Therapy Services (Reach for the Top) is an established non-profit led by women with lived disability experience, focused on family-centered pediatric care that is grounded in both neurodiverse affirming and trauma informed models. The clinic has grown from serving 80 children and families in 2014, to over 601 in 2024.
What We Do
We now offer 18 therapy options and specialty programs for children with disabilities in a family-centered model that includes the family in every session and empowers them with knowledge to help advocate and support their child, while also building skills for children and providing enriched therapy options all under one roof for the family to decrease the stress and burden of coordinating between different facilities. We have a collaborative model that focuses on case-coordination between health care specialties, evidence-based education for employees and an empowerment model for children and families. We provide physical, occupational, and speech therapies, and work hard to create and maintain specialty programs like hippotherapy, feeding therapy, aquatic therapy, outdoor groups, music groups, a sensory garden, and a brace clinic. We work tirelessly to bring these programs to life and make them accessible, but support from donors is what makes programs like these possible!
