Recovery House of Worship York

Since our founding in 2016, Recovery House of Worship York's  The JUMP Initiative program has been at the forefront of empowering individuals and families affected by addiction and homelessness. Our mission is to "Provide Supportive Services to Communities Affected by Addiction" in order to break the cycles of poverty, substance use, and homelessness in York County by offering comprehensive, compassionate, and personalized support.

We envision a community with no drug overdoses, where every individual, regardless of their past, has the opportunity to thrive. A place where those impacted by addiction are not defined by their struggles, but empowered by the support they receive, and where families can heal and rebuild stronger than ever.

At The JUMP Initiative, we provide a wide range of services to support our community members in their recovery journey, including:

• Sober Living Housing: Safe, stable homes that provide a foundation for long-term recovery.

• Homeless Prevention Rental Assistance: Financial support to keep families in their homes and prevent homelessness.

• Permanent Supportive Housing: Long-term housing for chronically homeless individuals, including those with disabilities.

• Certified Recovery Support: Peer support services to guide individuals through their recovery process with understanding and empathy.

These services are designed not only to provide immediate relief but also to help individuals and families build sustainable futures through education, job training, and mentorship.
