Rice Avenue Community Public Library is a vibrant and engaging part of the communities of Lake City and Girard. With the goal of expanding literacy and creating a safe and exciting environment for our area, we strive everyday to meet the needs of our patrons. As we move into our 25th year of service, we find ourselves humbled and honored to still be considered such an integral part of West County.
