Rio Concho Manor

The mission of Rio Concho Communities is to provide safe, dignified, affordable housing to persons aged 62 years and older.

Established in 1962 Rio Concho Manor is a 501(c)3 non-profit with a mission to provide safe, dignified, affordable senior housing. Our community provides 222 low-cost and subsidized independent living apartments for persons age 62 and over. Our rents start as low as $500 a month and include utilities, a monitored 24-hour emergency call pendant system, transportation to shopping, and organized activities. We also have a restaurant and a beauty shop that provide services for a nominal fee. Many of our residents receive direct rental subsidy. Rio Concho Manor has been a home for the patriarchs of generations of families.
