River Cities United Way fights for the Education, Health and Financial Stability of every person in our community.

Kids Bright and Healthy program has helped 73 school aged children without insurance or kids care through the state with medical, vision or dental care so they can get back to the business of learning.
FamilyWize prescription discount cards have saved Mohave County 23,000 Mohave County residents over $2 million dollars on medicines that were not covered by insurance or clients with no insurance coverage.
VITA--Volunteer Income Tax Assistance partnership with the IRS filed 162 tax returns in 2017 for households whose annual income was under $643,000 and saved those people $65,000 in filing fees they would have paid to a CPA or tax service.
Living Thrifty Resourceful and Empowered taught 72 people in a four hour course how to change their way of thinking, set goals by building a budget and using coupons and phone apps to save money on the everyday things they are already spending money on.
Happy Healthy Smiles a partnership with La Paz/Mohave County Oral Health Coalition and Delta Dental provided 1,300 kindergarten students in 2 counties, 8 communities, 20 schools and 53 classrooms a two week program on dental hygiene, how to brush their teeth properly and then were sent home with toothbrush, toothbrush cover, toothpaste, dental floss, two minute sand time, pencil, worksheets and Dr Seuss Tooth Book to start their home library. With total cost at $6.40 per bag.
