Rose of Sharon Ministries, Inc/Making Life Work Project

There is a crisis occurring; especially within our youth and emerging adult population. Many of them are on life support, waiting for someone or something to encourage them, empower them and ensure them that their lives have meaning. We offer spiritually and emotionally-based strategies that work, coupled with traditional supports such as personal and professional skills development, and workforce development. We are strengthening individuals one person at a time.

Our end goal is to equip and empower people to make wiser choices that heal them and move them toward their life purpose. Through monthly meetings, skills-based training, service projects, and gifts examination, we help them gain the tools needed to accomplish this goal. Everything that we do - our young adult ministry, online and in-person workshops and training, telephone and in-person ministry, and our books and publications - is designed to allow people to walk in purpose by developing as leaders, growing in spiritual maturity, building emotional stamina, and discovering and freely exploring their spiritual gifts and talents. We are building leaders; those who will take responsibility for themselves and for their communities.
