Crescent City Rougaroux

We seek to create a safe space that fosters team and community building. It is our goal that this space will cultivate growth through mentorship and camaraderie for people who are often isolated and underrepresented, while fostering openness and support among the team, both on and off the field.

We are an inclusive rugby team in the greater New Orleans area promoting diversity and sportsmanship in underrepresented communities. Over our 8 years of existence people of all walks of life have come together to learn about team building, athleticism, friendly competition and community building through the lens of rugby. We have travelled to two international competitions that host thousands of other players and even started our own tournament hosted in the city we love so much which brings in players from around the country.
