Saint Joseph's University

When Saint Joseph’s University merged with the Pennsylvania College of Health Sciences in the beginning of 2024, it was done with a deep appreciation for the integral role PA College played in the Lancaster community. Saint Joseph’s seeks to carry on that legacy. At Saint Joseph’s University in Lancaster, students join a close-knit healthcare community and develop the clinical expertise and skills that patients require. With small class sizes and dedicated faculty mentors, Saint Joseph’s University provides expanded opportunities for students through prestigious nursing and healthcare programs.

These programs are critical to the continued growth of the Lancaster community and are designed to provide pathways to success for students from all backgrounds. Currently, half of our Lancaster students are first-generation college students, many of whom balance their studies with significant family and work responsibilities.  Saint Joseph’s University is committed to creating a learning environment that offers access to healthcare education and trains graduates who support the community at large.
