Sarah's Hope Charitable and Educational Foundation, Inc. exists to preserve for the East Texas Community information and a fiscal presence of the diverse contributions of our ancestors. In addition to enhancing the lives of the children and seniors of the area, the Foundation envisions creative and confident youth who have a global outlook, who are academically well-prepared and who are equipped with life skills that will enable their upward mobility.

The continued preservation of history cannot be measured. At one time the Old Masonic Hall was the center of the African American Community. The pride it generated cannot be measured. The artifacts are priceless. The names of many organizations that met there are no longer heard. This must be preserved.
