To spread love, empower the impoverished and disenfranchised, and do good works through charitable contributions as influenced by the legacy of Sara K.

On February 11, 2018 Sara passed away from a fentanyl overdose. Each year almost 50K people die from opioid overdose accounting for 7 out of every 10 overdose deaths (Reference). Fentanyl OD rates are rising and is the deadliest of all opioids. Just 1 kilogram of fentanyl contains 250,000 lethal doses (Reference).

However, her death does not define her LIFE. Sara had a kind, playful, accepting and vivacious spirit. She loved her friends and family with her whole heart and made sure they knew it. We aim to show kindness, give to others in need without judgment, and bring awareness to issues in mental health and grief in her honor.
