We at St. Charles Avenue Presbyterian Church are called by God's grace to exist in the world as a community of faith grounded in Jesus Christ. In our corporate and personal life, we are called to bear witness to the transformative power of the Holy Spirit wherever we see it at work-in our personal lives, in our church, and in the life of the world. As a community formed by God's grace, claimed by Jesus Christ, and sent by the Holy Spirit, we seek to support one another in love, live with joy, foster belonging, build community, practice hope, and offer healing in Christ's name, to each other and to the world around us, near and far.

The SCAPC Visionary Fund provides important financial support beyond the annual budget for long-term congregational priorities including mission benevolences, Christian education and scholarships, care of property/facilities, and community outreach and mission. PLEASE NOTE TODAY'S DONATIONS ARE DIRECTED TO THE VISIONARY FUND ONLY and will not appear on your quarterly SCAPC statement.

SCAPC is a 105-year-old Presbyterian Church (USA) congregation. We live together as a community of faith in Christ. Called by grace to love another and bring hope and healing to all, we offer ministry opportunities for people of all ages and interests. Through worship and music in the Reformed tradition; 20 community ministry partners; 10 global mission partners, Sunday school and weekly study groups; fellowship events churchwide and in special groups for youth, college students, young adults, 40/50s, and seniors; an on-campus elder care program; a rebuilding ministry for volunteers nationwide; and many other ministries, we strive always to respond to Christ's calling for us.
