Seniors Unlimited Lifestyles is dedicated to providing all senior citizens with the highest quality of a living environment. Residents will be treated with respect, care and dignity with an opportunity to live independent productive lives. SULI will create an affordable and healthy environment, that fosters independent living skills, and improve quality of lives, for low-income senior citizens in the community. 

In 2017, Tranquility at the Lakes a 40 unit independent senior living community was move in ready in Virginia Beach.  Of the 40 units, we provided housing to 13 residents that were experiencing homelessness. The residents at Tranquility have truly experienced a transformational change and are proud to have a place to call their home. However, the need for more housing for our seniors is still so great. We are currently working on Tranquility at the Lakes II, to meet the need. We will start construction in the Spring of 2025.
