In Washington, 900,000 people are facing hunger - and of them 250,000 are children. The average cost of a meal in our state is $4.28. That's over $1,500 per month for a family of four! With food costs skyrocketing and federal financial support in limbo we need your support! The Silverdale Rotary provides direct support and grants to local organizations to assist in providing for those less fortunate. These programs include: - Rotary food bagging for students - Grants to Backpack for Kids and other in-school programs - Grants to local food banks for equipment or food - Grants to local non-profits with the mission of addressing hunger |

The Silverdale Rotary Club is part of Rotary International. Based in Silverdale, Washington, our members are your neighbors, your banker, business owners, members of our armed forces -- retired and active duty -- and dozens of professional individuals all who possess a desire to give back to our Community.
