Our vision of affordable education in the Jesuit tradition shines today, with students coming from 92 different zip codes and 180 middle schools on both sides of the river. While these young men live miles apart, in two-story homes and single-room apartments, they share one common theme: they have great intellectual ability.

A SLUH education is a tremendous gift, made possible by the generosity of our benefactors. Financial support is needed to maintain our excellence and provide accessibility to all qualified students. Ultimately, it is a gift that keeps giving. In the words of one alumnus, "When I give to SLUH, I give to the world."

In our Bicentennial Year of 2017-18, we will award $4.1 million in direct financial aid to 400 families - 40% of out student body. SLUH conducts needs-blind admission and does not cap financial aid. This allows the school to live out its mission: We serve young men based on their ability to succeed, rather than their economic circumstances.
