Making Healthcare Accessible - We are proud to offer comprehensive, quality, affordable healthcare to East Texans across 23 counties. We offer a full-range of services, including adult and pediatric primary care, adult and pediatric dental care, behavioral healthcare for all ages, women's health services, HIV/AIDS screening and treatment and substance abuse services. We see patients, regardless of their ability to pay.

Special Health Resources (SHR) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides affordable healthcare services across 23 Northeast Texas counties. We offer primary care for adults and children, women's healthcare, dental care for adults and children, behavioral healthcare and programs addressing national public health issues including the HIV/AIDS epidemic, substance abuse, homelessness and prevention services. Our healthcare centers serve nearly 30,000 Northeast Texans, including those who are uninsured, under-insured, people living in poverty and those living in rural areas with no access to healthcare. Our immediate need is seeking additional funding to continue to expand services and programs to best meet the needs of our patients. We believe everyone deserves access to high-quality healthcare, regardless of their ability to pay. We do not turn anyone away. Our healthcare centers include Tyler Care Clinic - Troup Hwy., Midtown Clinic of Tyler, Longview Care Clinic, Woman & Child Health Center of Longview, Paris Care Clinic, Pediatric Clinic of Paris and Texarkana Care Clinic - Texas, in addition to mobile clinics that provide services to our more rural communities.
